WHAT SIGNS INDICATE THAT I NEED TO REPLACE MY ROOF?
There are many signs that replacement is needed on your roof. Here are some signs for roof in need of replacement: punctures, tears, leaks, creased shingles, missing shingles and excessive wear spots. If you suspect a storm damaged your roof its best to have a professional inspect your roof since the smallest external damages can lead to costly internal repairs.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REPLACE MY ROOF?
A typical homeowner usually replaces their roof, 1-2 times in their lifetime. With that said, it really depends on the manufacturer and type of shingle you have installed on your roof. Also, roofs in certain areas, towns and neighborhoods will go through more storms than others. A general lifetime for asphalt shingles is in the range of 15-22 years.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO STRIP AND INSTALL A NEW ROOF?
Depending on the size and pitch(steepness) of your roof it can take a day or two. However, our crew can quickly strip and replace most roofs in one working day.

HOW SOON CAN ECLIPSE ROOFERS ASSESS ROOF DAMAGES?
